DonorDirect Announces DirectToCRM
Dallas based DonorDirect announces it's newest product offering - DirectToCRM. DirectToCRM, built using the Microsoft CRM 3.0 development tools, is a broad management tool designed for representatives inside an organization who need to interact and manage a pre-defined subset of accounts inside of the main database. This new application would ideally suit organizations with a donor development department where representatives are assigned a certain number of accounts with which they need to interact and maintain relationships.

The new DirectToCRM offering gives increased functionality designed to increase personal communication, track contacts and present results. Other functionality includes:
  • Quick email campaigns and tracking
  • Constituent history of activities, purchases and giving at a glance
  • Significant web based reporting
  • The ability to work on the road, disconnected from the database
  • Two way real time communication between the database of record and CRM
  • Workflow rules and processes
