DirectToDonor SelfServe is designed to enhance a constituent's experience with an organization through the organization's existing public website. SelfServe adds a full suite of customer driven self-service functions.
This real-time integration to the DirectToDonor system gives a donor the opportunity to perform common account inquiries, account maintenance and execute transactions at their convenience. SelfServe also provides functionality for memberships and pledges, recurring gifts and transactions with shopping cart activities.
Account maintenance offers secure log-ins, with update capability for names and addresses, duplicate detection processing, contact information, family information and profile information.
Donors can view order status, subscriptions, registrations, donation details and summaries, print donation receipts, generate email receipts and print or email YTD tax records.
Memberships let donors initiate and maintain standard donor memberships or pledges, including setting up and modifying recurring donations (EFT/CC) and setting up and modifying pledge commitments.
Additionally, event registration via the website includes event selection by type and location, conference and session registration, registration of multiple attendees and variable pricing.
