Twenty years ago, DonorDirect began with a simple mission to empower ministries through software. We saw a need to provide an enterprise-class donor management platform tailored specifically to meet the needs of modern ministries. There simply wasn’t anything like it on the market at the time, and we stepped into that gap with enthusiasm.
Twenty years later, our mission is still the same. We’ve grown as a company, joined a larger family, and expanded our abilities to empower you through software and services. What began as “just” a robust donor management system that was the brainchild of three passionate followers of Christ now encompasses CRM, integrated e-commerce, Azure Cloud hosting, multiple accounting integrations, on-demand consulting, and a whole lot more.
What an amazing ride and one that wouldn’t be possible without our ministry partners—partners like Samaritan’s Purse, Food for the Poor, Joyce Meyer Ministries, TBN, and Focus on the Family—just to name a few. These are the organizations on the front lines advancing the Gospel. They empower those growing in their faith. They broadcast messages of hope to those looking for answers. They help the “least of these.”

As we kick off our twenty-first year in business, look for exciting announcements on the horizon. Advanced StudioOnline has launched and is live in production at multiple ministries. One third of our ministry partners now make use of our Azure Cloud Hosting practice. A quarter of you have signed up with us for Client Engagement consulting projects. We weren’t doing any of those in 1999, and if you’ve been live since the early 2000’s with us you might not know much about them.
