Founded in 1979 by former businessman Ted Fletcher and his wife, Peggy, Pioneers International is a global movement seeking to reach all nations with the good news of Christ by initiating church-plant movements among the unreached and partnering with local churches to make disciples.
From business and education to healthcare, agriculture, the arts, and more, Pioneers empowers Gospel-driven Christians to use diverse gifts and experiences to reach and pursue cultural and ethnic groups without a self-sustaining witness to the Gospel.

Pioneers values integrity and accountability and has seen God transform lives across cultures and among people groups everywhere. Since their first church plant initiative, Pioneers has grown to 3100 global members within 400 teams and over 81 countries serving unreached people groups evangelizing, discipling, and preparing local believers to do the same.
